Sticky hands generates more comments and more mail than any other aspect of Wing Tsun. This might be that the training and competitive aspect of the rolling arms and punch, palms, side of hand, forearm and elbow counterattacks are so much fun. Two players face each other and roll arms in three seed techniques. The two players have to feel an opening in their partner's defense and attempt a "score." the defender has to defend and counterattack at the same moment. This generates quite a lot of action. In our system. the defender has to attempt to use the attacker's momentum for his /her counter.

As the players advance in skills, more tools are added to their set. it just becomes more and more challenging and great fun.
